Your mobile information is never sold or shared for marketing. ValuTel does not sell, rent, or share your mobile information — including your phone number and SMS/text-messaging opt-in data — with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information collected as part of our SMS program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Who we are

ValuTel LLC ("ValuTel," "we," "us") operates https://valutel.net and provides voice, messaging and related communications services. Contact us at support@valutel.net or (800) 867-3458.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information you provide: name, email, phone number, company, billing and service address.
  • Authentication data: password (stored only as a secure hash), and — if you enable it — two-factor authentication settings and one-time codes.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to secure and improve the service.
  • Communications content and metadata necessary to provide voice and messaging (SMS/MMS) service.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and service your account, provision numbers, and process payments and billing.
  • To send transactional and account messages you have requested or consented to — including verification codes, two-factor authentication, service and billing notifications, and customer-care replies.
  • To secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

4. SMS / mobile information

When you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we use it only to deliver the messages described in our SMS Terms and in your consent (for example, verification codes, account and billing alerts, and customer-care messages).

4.1 No sale or sharing for marketing. We do not sell or share your mobile information, phone number, or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their promotional or marketing purposes.

4.2 Service providers. We may share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf — such as our messaging carrier/platform, payment processor, and customer-support tools — solely to provide those services to us. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own purposes, and SMS opt-in data is not used or shared with them for marketing.

4.3 Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any text to cancel, or HELP for help. You may also call (800) 867-3458, email support@valutel.net, or update your account settings.

5. How we protect your information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and optional two-factor authentication. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Your choices

  • Access, correct, or delete account information by contacting support@valutel.net.
  • Opt out of SMS at any time (see 4.3). Opting out of transactional/verification messages may limit account security features.

7. Legal disclosures & changes

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users. We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted here.
